Education Concerts by the
BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi
on Tuesday 1 April 2014
The BBC Symphony Orchestra will perform two
special concerts for school children. The concerts will be conducted
by well known music education expert Paul
Rissmann.
Famous violinist Nicola
Benedetti and conductor James
MacMillan and students from the Royal Conservatoire of
Scotlandwill join Rissman in these concerts.
BBC has a history of working with schools and
students and this isthe first time that they will work in India.
This is an opportunity for students to watch a performance by
the prestigious BBC and one of the finest orchestras from Scotland.
There will be two Concerts at Siri Fort Auditorium
on Tuesday 1 April, 2014 :
Concert 1: 1030 hours- 1130 hours
Concert 2: 1300 hours- 1400 hours
Target age group: 7-12 years old
