The Indo-Bhutan- Foundation (IBF), Nehru-
Wangchuck Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Thimphu, are
organizing a week long Cultural-Art Initiative at Terma Linca
Resort in Thimphu titled “DVIDHARA” from 1-7th
June 2012 which has been conceived and designed by SEHER.
12 Well Known Indian painters and 12
top Bhutanese painters will join hands for bringing together
the first ever Indo-Bhutan Artists Camp to promote friendship
between two peace loving Nations. These eminent painters will
be camping and working together for a week and create works
of art as a symbol of close association between the two countries.
The Camp will be held at Terma Linca
Spa & Resort and once the paintings are done a major Art
Exhibition will be mounted at the Nehru- Wangchuck Cultural
Centre and then later the paintings will be mounted at Delhi.
The Bhutan-India Friendship Week Art
Camp will be inaugurated at Terma Linca Resort by HE Lyonpo
Minjur Dorji, Minister of Home and Cultural Affairs and HE
Shri Pavan K Varma, Ambassador of India to Bhutan on 1st June
2012 at 1730hrs.
